PAYMENT & SERVICES

So here is how coaching works with t3tricoach…we are dedicated to quality, communication, and results. Whether you are training for your first tri, or you are at the elite level, we have the knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals. We bill on a month to month cycle. This means you pay ahead for 1 month of coaching. One month = 1 calendar month.

Coaching services billed monthly:

Unlimited contact ($150): Beginning January 2015, I will only coach individuals who have a power meter on their bike. Using a power meter is the gold standard in improving cycling and is an excellent tool in order to train to your full potential. Check out brands such as Stages, Garmin Vector, PowerTap, Quarq, or just search "bike power meter" on Google. I will work with you one on one as much as you need each month to meet your goals. In summary, for this plan you get monthly custom workouts, unlimited contact with me via text, email, phone, up to 2 one-on-one sessions per month to be used how you wish, nutrition advice and recomendations, race planning and preparation strategies, and any discounts from sponsors. 

Training Plan Only ($125+): I write a program 8 weeks minimum in length to facilitate training and taper for your "A" race, but no one-on-one support given. This is not per month, it is for the entire program of 8 weeks. No individualized meeting here. Minimal contact, so if you have questions about the workouts I can help there, but otherwise it is self guided with the plan. Each additional month is $50. Minimum 4 month plan for IM distance.

Hourly ($40): This is my hourly rate. Simple as that. Undivided attention for 1 hour in any discipline. 

Ironman program with unlimited contact ($175): An iron distance event demands more attention to detail such as nutrition, strategy, and commitment. That is why it is more expensive. This is also month to month commitment. 

Swim stroke analysis ($70): Video analysis under water of your swim stroke. I will take frontal and side views and send them to you. I will also provide technique correction based on video findings and drills to promote improved stroke mechanics.

Half-marathon Program:
Price of $70 per month with unlimited "virtual" contact via email/phone. I am here to design the program on a month-to-month for as long as needed or desired to support you and meet your goals. Also, to keep you on track, modify when needed and ask questions as you navigate your program. 12-16 weeks is generally recommended for half-marathon.

Marathon Program:
Price of $85 per month with unlimited "virtual" contact via email/phone. I am here to design the program on a month-to-month for as long as needed or desired to support you and meet your goals. Also, to keep you on track, modify when needed and ask questions as you navigate your program. 16-20 weeks is generally recommended for marathon.

Sprint/Olympic Triathlon Program:
Price of $100 per month with unlimited "virtual" contact via email/phone. I am here to design the program on a month-to-month for as long as needed or desired to support you and meet your goals. Also, to keep you on track, modify when needed and ask questions as you navigate your program. 12-16 weeks is generally recommended for sprint — 16-20 weeks for olympic.

Half/Full Iron-distance Program:
Price of $125 per month with unlimited "virtual" contact via email/phone. I am here to design the program on a month-to-month for as long as needed or desired to support you and meet your goals. Also, to keep you on track, modify when needed and ask questions as you navigate your program. 16-20 weeks is generally recommended for half — 20-24 weeks for full.

Program Only — Running (13.1 or 26.2) -or- Sprint/Olympic Tri:
I will provide training plan only ($100) for outlined time-frame of recommendations above. The program can be modified if needed, but no one-on-one support given. This would be for an athlete who understands the frame-work of training programs and has been through the process before. You are looking for a fresh, more intricate program to jump to next level.

Program Only — Half/Full Tri:
I will provide training plan only ($150) for outlined time-frame of recommendations above. The program can be modified if needed, but no one-on-one support given. This would be for an athlete who understands the frame-work of training programs and has been through the process before. You are looking for a fresh, more intricate program to jump to next level.

One-on-one Coaching:
Just like Dave, this is simply my hourly rate. Generally for athletes with program only, yet can be used by monthly program athletes too. This would be meeting you at track or pool to take you through a workout in person, or discussing nutrition or any topic more in-depth (in-person or via phone) for 1 hour. To pay Chris, click below.
